The Stelvio Slope

The ski resort of Bormio is one of the most beautiful and special that the Alps can offer in fact it has challenging slopes and is suitable for expert skiers and lovers of speed. Also beginners and children can have fun skiing here but at the same time they can learn the basics of skiing under the watchful eye of the ski instructors of one of the many ski schools in Bormio.

Our mountains offer off piste to expert skiers and wonderful tracks into the woods to those who practice alpine skiing.

Alta Valtellina offers the tourists three different ski areas: Bormio, Valdidentro and Valfurva for a total of about 150 km. of slopes with a perfect snow from December to April.The many slopes are suitable for experienced skiers and beginners.

Alta Valtellina is the undisputed final destination of alpine skiers in the area of Ortles Cevedale, the largest in Europe.

The winter season is usually from November to May, some tours are possible in other periods depending on snow conditions.
